Money seems to have been put forward as one reason not to build or support a ramp for this bridge in some quarters
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if the idea would be of any use but the observation post Hill 99 in the Culbern has a ramp built using soil and old car tyres which is wheel chair friendly
I'm sure that old tyres can be had for free
I wish Murd well with his project and cannot see why any reasoned person would object to it
must agree on this hope this project does get the go ahead. keep at them Murd its the only way
