Meanwhile another DEPA reporter over at the Community Centre today is still trying to clear up the issues concerning exactly what version of the planning application he's dealing with at this inquiry (see Gurn article three posts below). To a lay person these issues seem quite concerning but apparently you can continue the inquiry and work this out better as you go along. John Hart stated to the reporter that all the planning professionals present were confused and wondered how members of the public must feel.

No wonder so many planning appeals go through OK if folk don't know what they are looking at!
What an absolute joke this is. So sad to see these levels of incompetency. No wonder the country is in a mess....
