This observer was in Alness on Saturday and noticed that the big housing scheme that backs up to Coullhill Wood seemed to have rather a lot of yellow grit bins in strategic spots. Do other communities get more grit bins per head of population than us?
Communities get what they ask for ! If locals feel there is a requirement for one in a specific place they mmerely request one and it will be povided.
