Hmm... I'm not too keen as on my visits to the store I tend to spend a lot more than £1 on crap that I don't really need (can't resist a bargain!)

Yes a weekly market - the Gurn has called for that often enough. It would be so good for the town.

Yes, they give them away in Inverness. Typical Highland Council with their centric policy and Nairn losing out as a result.
ReplyDeleteI demand that Nairn has its own Local Authority like Inverness, so we can then justifiably moan about a true Nairn council.
I remember in the Olden Days when Nairn did have a council, life was infinitely better, the council actually gave away £20 notes to all and we all wore our rose tinted spectacles with pride!
