Alexander Brodie has a wee gurn in the Sheriff Court

"But when the case recalled at Inverness Sheriff Court on Wednesday Mr Brodie told Sheriff Andrew Miller he was unhappy with changes to the council’s pleadings which now made it impossible for him to defend the case."

I'm sure if I said I wasn't sure about turning up for a court date I'd be held in contempt. Seems like it could be an awful waste of our money

This is the Civic side and this observer would suggest that that is slightly different so perhaps if you don't turn up or hire a lawyer to defend the action then you probably won't do very well at all.
