Nairn CAB state on their survey page:
"We would like your help to evaluate the knowledge you have about what we do and how we do it, and what we might be able to do in the future. We would really appreciate it if you could spend a few minutes answering the following questions."

@Unknown, re your problem. Sorry can't really publish that comment. Would need more details and then have to approach CAB who would probably say they can't comment on individual cases. Have you filled in the survey?
