An idea for Nairn businesses - going offshore?

"When independent traders in a small Welsh town discovered the loopholes used by multinational giants to avoid paying UK tax, they didn’t just get mad.

Now local businesses in Crickhowell are turning the tables on the likes of Google and Starbucks by employing the same accountancy practices used by the world’s biggest companies, to move their entire town “offshore”."

Our Tory government would prefer to turn a blind eye to their pals in many large companies avoiding tax via clever accountancy, and instead pick on easy targets such as the poor and those people on benefits

I wish Crickhowell well in highlighting the blatant unfairness of Osborne etc and long for a Scotland fully removed from Westminster and Tory rule

So an independent Scotland would be able to "make" these corporations pay taxes? Dream on.
