its not gone missing from Elizabeth st,i reported it as it was overflowing for over 2 weeks and left full,dog bags lying on pavement,
if the council,etc want folk to bin their dog shit in bins provided,they should empty the damn things,the smell omitting from that bin was disgusting,and probably removed to get it steam cleaned and disinfected
