Springfield planning application for 115 houses on Liz's land - NRCC "set aboot" traffic assessment

Nairn River Community Council have made strong criticisms of the Springfield traffic assessment  document that is available on the Highland Council's e-planning file for the controversial planning application - a development that would mean expansion of the Lochloy Housing estates onto land owned by Councillor Liz MacDonald.

They state in their submission:

The watchdogs go on to call for clarification and supplementary information on several points
and further state:

"As the consultation period for this planning application has already begun we would ask for a swift response on these matters from Highland Council to allow us and the wider public sufficient time to consider this application properly in possession of all relevant required information in line with current Planning guidelines."

Read the NRCC submission and browse the application documents available so far here on the Highland Council e-Planning site - once there click on the Documents tab.
