Teresa the traffic warden finishes

The last day today for Teresa as a traffic warden. West CC learned last night that she is off to start her training at the Scottish Police Force college. The westies wished her well and hope that a suitable replacement can be found to continue her work next year. More from the westies and their deliberations last night later.

lets hope the next warden walks around a lot more, and issue more tickets for idiots that block loading bays, and fools that invaded the sparse disabled bays.
dont they know disabled people pay £20 per year for the privelege of having to prove they are disabled by having a blue badge to park in said disabled bays,i say a £100 fine for the illegal use of them would soon stop the abuse.so c/mon new warden(when you start)start raising revenue from these illiterate fools.

What the point of those who are genuinely disabled having to fork out £20.00 for their blue badge when those selfish morons park in the disabled bays for free, & the height of cheek you get back if you bring to their attention that they are illegally parked, I know what I would do to sort the buggers out I would impound their car & to get it back would have to pay a fine of £500.00.

£30 I had to pay for my blue badge in Moray.. dasabled being penalised again.. I pointed out to someone who parked in the disabled space outside the jewellery shop, that is was for disabled.. they just laughed and walked off. I agree with Nanook £100 instant fine.. to many people abuse the parking in nairn.. to dam lazy to walk that bit further.

if you are disabled, and disabled space is taken by a non badge holder, you can inform the police, and demand they ticket offending car,as you pay for use of disabled bays,
