Again a picture of a Nairn sunset appears on the Internet attracting admiring comments and praise but the legend accompanying the picture should surely give us cause for concern:
'There is not a lot very pretty about nairn town centre. but it is beside this idyllic beach...so beautiful.'

The photographer has obviously not seen the beautiful new squares of yellow stained concrete that are beginning to adorn our High Street, soon to be tastefully decorated with discarded lumps of chewing gum.
I wouldn't be surprised if Nairn becomes the 7th wonder of the world through our new pavements, they truly are a sight to behold
