County Fans still looking for sponsors for Ben Nevis Challenge

If you have some spare small change knocking around perhaps you might want to consider a wee donation to the Nairn County Fans Ground Improvement Fund via the Ben Nevis Challenge. All money raised goes on improving Station Park and every pound is capable or receiving a matching pound from the Scottish Football Partnership. The Fans Fund has a website here.

The organiser of the Ben Nevis Challenge, former County Player Ali Nicol will be in Nairn tomorrow (Saturday 10th) at Station Park for what promises to be a thrilling league match between Les Fridge's men and Brora Rangers.
To date Ali has already raised £1000 for the Ben Nevis Challenge.  If anyone would like to sponsor him or the other walkers he will be at the Nairn County match tomorrow with sponsor sheets.  This will be his last trip home before the event so catch him while you can!  Alternatively, donations can be made via Paypal here. You can also contact info@gurnnurn.com if you wish to sponsor the Challenge. In the video below Ali explains the Challenge that will take place on Sunday September the 1st.
