An unhappy Co-op shopper drops us a line

A Gurnite has just sent us the following wee note:
'Been in about 4 times since it reopened (still not finished) and am disgusted at the rise in prices, less of a choice, shelves which seem not as deep as the old ones and far less shelf space so less stock, fewer freezers infact it seems that we have been royaly shafted by the Co-op. The wife states that she will now shop out of town and I don't think she will be the only one. roll on Sainsburys.'
Meanwhile there are complaints up at the Tradespark Co-op that the new store is a bit disabled unfriendly now with not enough space between the aisles for disabled shoppers, these complaints surfaced at the last meeting of the Suburban CC but Cll John Mackie did complement the Co-op on the wider selection of goods now available in that store.

Interesting that they sell some loose produce by weight but there is no scales available for the shopper to use.

I'm more disgusted by the unhappy shoppers use of punctuation and the english language.

The Co-op have spent all this money on their makeover, will they now invest in manning the tills? If they are trying to encourage more people to use the place then they need to provide more efficient throughput of their customers and not have long queues of chuntering people waiting to be served.

I have a big problem with the new coop, they do not sell alot of major items one being the largest jug of milk they just dont stock it, frozen chips is another thing tiny wee bags at inflated prices.
As for the comments that the unhappy shopper has made I fully agree with them this shop is pathetic, I have worked in many food shops and this one is by far the poorest.
I certainly wont be shopping there at all.
It wil actually be cheaper for me to drive out of town and do my shopping outwith Nairn than shop in the coop.
