While Nairn does have a fantastic beach I'm not sure about this so called survey. It all seems a bit tentative and wishy washy. Seems to be based on 188 reviews starting from 2012.
Still, good global publicity for Nairn (and for TripAdvisor) but some of the comments elsewhere on the results are a wee bit OTT.
