Despite the lorry driver trying out a bit of the pavement on the brae the car behind still couldn't proceed. The brae was meant to be safer now wasn't it?

Yes, but it's a lorry driver not using the loading bay provided.
I've seen this as well - I'm sure a little more presence by Nairn's traffic warden by the Brae would help make the lorries park in a more sensible and safe manner. :)
