Forres 1 Nairn 2 - images from Donald Matheson and Kenny MacLeod

An amazing afternoon at Mosset Park for the County Faithful who possibly made up around two thirds of what looked to be about a 450-500 strong crowd. How we were entertained on a roller coaster of emotion that was to bring delirious joy in the final minutes. It was a wonderful experience and as Donald Matheson said after the game: "Another epic encounter with Forres and a great advert for SHFL football."
A match report is available here - "County comeback rocks Can-Cans."

Later in the evening one of the County family was to post on the "We Believe!" facebook page:

"There are few things better than beating Forres. One of them is beating them in back to back derbies. Another is beating them 3 times in a season. Another is beating them with only 10 men. Another is beating them 7 times on the spin."

And so it came to pass, morning has now broken and supporters heading down for their papers or out taking a constitutional pause to chat about the incredible events that they witnessed ten miles along the A96 yesterday afternoon. Thoughts also turn to next Saturday when Nairn will entertain Fort William. Doing anything next Saturday afternoon?
