Nairn High Street going flat on banking?

The Highland Council's e-planning site gives details of the following application for the rooms on top of the Royal Bank of Scotland: Offices 20 High Street Nairn IV12 4AU, Internal alterations to part ground, first and second floors to facilitate change of use to 3 residential flats. You can see the application here.

An architect's planning statement which can be viewed on the Highland Council e-planning too states the following: "The proposed design aims to bring the first and second floor levels of the building back into residential use comprising three Flats, Flat 1 will be on the ground and first floor of the annex building. Flat 2 will be in the front half of the main building at first floor and Flat 3 located in the rear of the main building at first floor and up into the attic space of the annex."
The statement also gives some pictures of the interior of the building.

Thanks to our regular reader that sent us the link, our correspondent wonders where the Solictors and Estate Agents will relocate to if the application is successful.
