If only our potholes could be rolled up too

Thanks for Murd for forwarding this picture of an alleged Canadian anti-speeding device, a roll-up pothole that scares drivers into slowing down.
Yes, if only the ones in Nairn could be rolled up and put in the back of a Highland Council van. This year the potholes around town seem to be getting more numerous. Perhaps we'll get a few of our reporters out taking pictures of some of the more serious ones. One Gurnite recently drew our attention to the dangerous potholes on the brae up from the railway bridge to the hospital.

The potholes on the brae up to Queenspark are particulary dangerous for cyclists. If your bike went into one you might disappear from sight as they're so deep!

Wouldn't it be cool though, if we could just 'roll up' all the crap in our lives we don't like? But where would you put it all? And then it could always unroll itself at the worst possible moment. Mmmm, maybe not then.
