Fire near Easter Lochend

One of our Gurnshire rural affairs correspondents, Dmt, took these pictures today as he returned from an assignment. Our correspondent reports: Seen today on the B9091 Clephanton Rd near Easter Lochend (it is between two glacial deposit ridges that are on that side on Nairn) Big cloud of smoke and very big flames as the gorse bushes went up, looked very spectacular and only a 4x4 in the field. Sirens were heard leaving Nairn shortly afterwards. Pictures will enlarge
