Rat-run overload

The popular St Ninian Road rat-run today looked as jammed as the A96

Again, the problem stems from the Lochloy traffic lights.

They are installing what is heralded as the saviour of the Lochloy road lights....the light control system that should have been installed years ago...

Do I have any faith in it improving the situation?

Not a jot...

But I hope I'm proved wrong

Fed up complaining about this terrible nightmare. Why cant Laurie stand up and get something done quickly. The road repairs at Lochloy were supposed to include a traffic light fix but have made things much worse. Nairnites are sick and fed up trying to get out at junctions to go for a "quick" shop at Sainsburies.
What prospective visitors think I cant imagine.

How about a mass Demo, get a bunch of folk to intentionally block the traffic at Lochloy by sitting in the middle of the road, just briefly and long enough for a photo call and to bring it all the media attention it deserves and hopefully even a couple of arrests !! then folk will start talking about it 1 whos in ? he he
