Blackouts in town last night?

Here in Gurn HQ we had to reset the digital clock this morning. There's a report on twitter of lights going on and off in town during the early hours. Anyone experience the lights going off last night or at any time since?

There was certainly some voltage fluctuations here in the fishertown last night, if not total powercuts (can still see the lights dimming at times - not good for your bulbs!)
Some of our electrical devices kept their settings but others gave up so have had to reset them this morning.
Still some folk haven't had power for over 24hrs so counting my blessings :)

According to my Network Attached Storage log the power went of at 1.24am and again at 2.51am. Don't know how long for though.

Lights started going out around 2am and were going on and off during the night at one point leading to a complete shut down of the electricty for a wee while. Lots of street lights were off too in the centre of the town for at least an hour.

Damn, that'll be why I've slept in and have just woken up then?

Power went out in Queenspark about 2am, for about 2 minutes. Phone lines had sustained damage so Internet went out for a while, was all fine by whenever I woke up this morning.

That explains why the clock on my microwave was half an hour out...
