The Gurn had heard that although business at River CC was to be postponed for a week, there would still have been a meeting to discuss the important planning application for the St Olaf Manor on Cawdor Road.
However this morning Nairnshire simply reports that the meeting is not taking place 'Due to unforseen circumstances' and will now take place on the 11th. Yesterday however before the appearance of the advert the Gurn spoke to two elected councillors on River CC who were under the impression that the meeting was going ahead to discuss the planning application only.
